As an Art Instructor, I believe in the transformative power of art. My students range from young children to adult learners of all ability levels. For three years, I have taught hundreds of pupils through workshops, private lessons, and art camps - and it never gets old! My teaching methods combine learning by doing with guided practice and demonstrations to gain mastery over the medium. I believe art gives people the confidence to have a voice in the world, and I love watching that voice unfold in my students.

 

My teaching style is very encouraging, interactive, and respectful to supporting the development of a personal artistic style while maximizing technical skills. As the teacher, I share techniques and strategies during lessons to help find solutions and guide students through their discovery and practice. My lessons are for adult learners, high schoolers, college students, and children who want to master any medium, and ultimately, uncover a pleasure for art making.
